Pangong Tso Lake
Pangong Tso, situated at an altitude of 4,350 meters, is one of the largest high-altitude lakes in the world. This mesmerizing saltwater lake stretches across 134 kilometers, with about 60% lying in Tibet and 40% in India. The lake is famous for its ever-changing colors, shifting from azure blue to green to red throughout the day.
Made famous by Bollywood movies, this pristine lake offers one of the most spectacular and serene experiences in Ladakh. The crystal-clear waters reflect the surrounding barren mountains, creating a surreal landscape that seems almost otherworldly.
